Return Policy: We allow for a 30-day return on products that are new and unwashed, for a full refund. If you are unsatisfied with your carrier, you can return the unused product for a full refund of the purchase price. To qualify for a return, you must meet the following requirements:
• Carriers must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Carriers must be new and unused.
• Carriers must have original tags attached, and be in their original packaging.
• Carriers must be purchases directly from the Ohana Babies website. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Return Your New Carrier
1. Read our Return Policy above to determine if your purchase qualifies. If yes, follow the instructions below.
2. To start the process of return or exchange, email us for a prepaid shipping label.
3. You will receive a return email within 2 business days of your request.
4. Upon our receipt of your package, we will process your return for refund.
Shipping: USPS is our carrier of choice for all shipping. Parcels are shipped without insurance.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship outside of the United States.
1. When should I expect to receive my order?
Our in-stock carriers usually process and ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority mail.
2. I have a large frame, will the carriers fit me?
Our baby carriers generally fit women size 2 - 8.
3. How do I wash my Ohana Babies baby carrier?
You can hand wash and line dry or machine wash cold on gentle cycle. We do not recommend machine drying as this could lead to possible shrinking.
4. I need a carrier that is larger then what you sell on your site, is there anything you can do for me?
We are looking to expand our size options in the near future.
